Better examples, better questions
Find a gap in your examples, spend a small data budget and check what actually changes.

What you will be able to decide
Decide whether the examples cover the current range well enough for the question you want the model to answer.
- Before you start
- Complete the first I²R model and recognise the difference between a training example and a separate check.
- Example you will work through
- Remove a continuous interval of current values, retrain the same small model and compare it on the same validation currents. Then spend a budget of only three new examples inside the gap.
- Small check
- Compare the overall error with the error inside the missing interval. A better global average does not prove that the uncovered region improved.
- Evidence boundary
- This teaching exercise uses generated I²R examples. It does not establish coverage for a real converter, measurement campaign or unfamiliar topology.
